Registration of your personal information is always treated ethically correct to Perfect Ten Nails. We consider your personal data as a matter of trust.

All orders are delivered by Perfect Ten Nails before 12:00 noon on weekdays, we try to process the same day. You can still reach to cancel if you call before 13:00 at +46 70 66 311 95  Cancellation of an order can also be done by writing an email to info@perfecttennails.com

It will help in the treatment of a cancellation if you give us your order number. The order number you receive via e-mail you receive immediately after your order form.

Payment Options
At Perfect Ten Nails you can pay in several ways. This allows you to select the payment method that suits you best. The different forms of payment leads to different P / administration costs.

You must also enclose information that allows us to identify you. This means that you must remember to write your name, address and telephone number. Restitution of withdrawal must be in undamaged original packaging. Is the packaging damaged, we can deduct up to 50% of product value. Make sure therefore that it is sent securely to us. When you send a product back to  Perfect Ten Nails  we'll credit it and put money in your account within 8 days after receipt.

Shipping Rates
Following requirements are the most expensive form of transit. Cash in advance and other credit card offers the lowest shipping price.

Guarantee
All products / commodities sold in via our online shop is sold, taking into account current law. Buying Law § 83 provides the consumer that all products have 2 year warranty. All businesses, including internet shops must give customers a 2 year warranty on products sold.

Order Confirmation
Once you have ordered goods in  Perfect Ten Nails  you receive an order confirmation via email. This is your proof that we have registered your order, and our acceptance of that agreement is reached on us to deliver goods to you. The correct address must be entered for you to get this confirmation.

The order confirmation contains information about your choice of payment method, the items ordered and the total price including shipping costs.

VAT
We do not send items for export. Means that all orders are sent / paid incl. Danish VAT you can apply to get back in your own country, by contacting the tax and customs of the invoice.

Rates
All prices in Nail4you are exclusive 25% VAT.  but  inklusive Administration and delivery charges.

The risk of goods
The risk of goods purchased in  Perfect Ten Nails  transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

Prices are subject to errors, obsolete and out of stock items.
